TIBURON, CALIFORNIA

This project renovated 50% of a 7,900 square foot residence located along the ridgetop of the Tiburon peninsula.  The project replaced all the windows in the house and implemented several changes to give the home a more contemporary look.  These changes included removing dated applied foam moldings at the exterior and adding stone veneer at the lowest level.  Interior areas renovated included the kitchen & breakfast areas, a wet bar area, two bathrooms, the Primary Suite, an office, and a laundry room.  Wood flooring was replaced throughout.  All areas were painted, and various finishes were redone throughout.  The design team consisted of Schneider Design Associates as the architect and interior design by Lucy McCormick.
