TIBURON, CALIFORNIA

In 2024, Stroub Construction completed this 4,700 square foot home perched on a hillside.  The home replaces an existing house with a design focused on clean lines, striking use of materials and maximizing the available views.  Swatt | Miers Architects (now Swatt + Partners) designed the home with interior design by Leverone Design and landscape design by Thuilot Associates.  The structural engineer was Provest.  Philip Neumann Energy Design designed the mechanical systems.  Clark Civil Engineering did the grading & drainage plans.  Photography: Matthew Millman, Instagram: @matthewmillmanphoto
