The complete renovation of this historic modern home—designed by Frank Lloyd Wright associate Aaron Greene—demanded unerring attention to detail throughout. Custom touches included flamed Burlington slate floors, dyed beech paneling and cherry cabinets.  The design for the 2,800 square foot home renovation was done by Substance Architecture out of Des Moines, IA.  The project was completed in 2018.  Photography: Paul Crosby
