A complete renovation of this full floor flat in a historical art deco high rise in Pacific Heights including all new windows and Koa wood paneling. Many small rooms were combined to create a modern expansive living area that include the kitchen flowing into the dining and living areas. Most of the demolition and new construction was brought in with a crane through the windows.
